Director of Individual Giving & Donor Engagement

A nonprofit organization in the Philadelphia area is seeking a Director of Individual Giving to develop and manage donor relationships, primarily soliciting philanthropic gifts of $2,500 and above. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 100 donors, implementing a donor society, and collaborating with the advancement team.
