This global elite law firm is looking for an individual with 2-3 years' relevant UK post qualification experience in the London market to join its London office ICM team to focus on English Law ECM. In addition, there will be some exposure to UK public M&A, so experience in these areas will be beneficial although the lion's share of work will be complex ECM transactions, including IPOs, placings, rights issues, and other equity offerings. A high level of academic achievement is also required. This is a CRAVATH SCALE paying law firm and this will be some of the highest profile work available currently this side of the Atlantic.
