Global elite US law firm now seeks an A-grade Capital Markets mid level associate. English law ECM will be the main diet of work but exposure to either UK DCM and/or UK public company M&A is a desirable asset. The team has an enviable track record ranging across LSE, NYSE and Nasdaq listings as well as big-ticket public M&A transactions. In addition to transactional work, the group regularly advises on regulatory and Board-related compliance matters, as well as offering ongoing advice and support to our corporate, governmental and investment clients across EMEA.

The firm seeks a UK solicitor with 3 to 6 years\’ relevant PQE operating in the London market, although there is some flexibility on seniority for excellent candidates. Excellent academic credentials are also required.

Market leading \”Cravath scale\” pay. This is a first rate opportunity to both maximise earning potential and develop a fully rounded ICM experience working on the largest global matters.
