As aTeaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils in accessing thecurriculum and developing independence.
- Work closely with teachers toenhance student learning and attainment.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, andsupportive learning environment.
- Promote self-esteem, good behaviour,and engagement in lessons.
- Liaise with parents, carers, andother professionals to support student progress.

- A commitment to safeguarding andpromoting student welfare.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills(GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths).
- Experience working with children inan educational setting is desirable.
- A proactive, compassionate, andadaptable approach to supporting students.
- The ideal candidate for this rolewill want to work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroomroles and responsibilities and your position within these.
