You are accountable for scope, resourcing, schedules, budgets, quality, risk and stakeholder management, and for driving adoption and handover.
What we need:
- A background in consulting or professional services, ideally with hands-on Salesforce delivery experience.
- Someone used to client-facing engagements, scoping and pricing work streams, and running structured delivery programmes.
- You love Slack!
- Clean handovers, playbooks and scalable ops.
- A delivery model that runs natively in Slack, uses AI for status and summaries, and improves over time.
You will:
- Lead projects from discovery to steady state, coordinating engineers, architects and clients.
- Scope and price work streams, write SOWs and MSAs, manage budgets and staffing.
- Plan and run platform launches and migrations.
- Design and run workshop-style discovery and enablement sessions for technical and executive stakeholders.
- Track risks, dependencies and change requests, deliver crisp documentation and post-launch enablement.
- Champion automation and practical use of AI to increase delivery efficiency.
Tech and tooling:
- Slack, Canvas, Lists and Slack AI and workflows for day to day projects.
- Salesforce integrations, Enterprise Search and agent/AI platforms.
- Notion for docs, Jira or Asana for tickets, Zoom and Fireflies for meetings and async notes.
You:
- At least 3+ years delivering technical SaaS implementations or professional services, ideally in consulting or at a systems integrator.
- Proven experience with Salesforce delivery, or strong exposure to Salesforce integrations and projects.
- Strong client-facing skills, confident workshop facilitator, clear executive communicator.
- Experienced in planning, risk management and change control.
- Right to work in the UK, London based preferred, hybrid working with occasional travel across EMEA.
- Experience working with offshore and onshore delivery teams and models.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Slack Enterprise Project like custom apps or Grid migrations, Agentforce, Salesforce admin or architect certs, managed services experience in the Salesforce eco-system.
- Project management certifications.
