Role Description

Join our team as a Production Line Operator in Chertsey. You'll operate production machinery, ensure quality standards are met, follow operational procedures, and support the smooth running of the production line. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on assembly experience in one or more of the following sectors:
    • Electronics assembly
    • Small precision parts assembly
    • Medical equipment manufacturing
    • Automotive manufacturing

Core Responsibilities

  • Mechanical assembly following a build process.
  • Hand assembly of components with glue.
  • Assembling pieces, parts and products to finished goods level by using a variety of specialized equipment and tools.
  • Knowledge of basic form filling of process stages on PC.
  • Unpacking and arranging the parts for the production process.
  • Assembly of plastic and metal assemblies as per the work instructions.
  • Carrying out visual quality checks and packing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality control to ensure product standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
  • Ability to follow safety and operational protocols with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
