Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be an instrumental part of our operations team. Your expertise will guide the management of our window & conservatory installation teams, uphold our safety protocols, and ensure the seamless execution of projects. You will oversee the full lifecycle of our projects, from planning and scheduling to on-site coordination and client communication. You’ll also ensure all building and installation works meet with our high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Site Management of Installation Teams
- Manage on-site Health & Safety
- Preparation of schedules for production workshop
- Carry out and prepare risk assessments for each project
- Liaise with building standards through the CCNP to issue full compliance
- Record site information for building standards inspection
- Planning/scheduling subcontractor’s diary
- Carry out final inspections
- Ensure payments are received timeously
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within window & conservatory industry or construction industries.
- A robust understanding of site management, health and safety legislation, and project planning.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage both teams and projects effectively.
- Flexibility in work hours to accommodate project needs, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent record for time keeping and reliability.
- Impeccable attention to detail and takes pride in producing exceptional work.
- Customer centred approach to working.
- Full driving licence.
What we can offer:
- A competitive salary of £41,200 per annum (starting), paid monthly directly into your nominated account.
- A fully expensed company vehicle for both business and private use.
