Job Summary

Bryanston has an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate to be Resident in our Prep School boarding house. Depending on qualifications and experience, the successful candidate will assist in some of the following areas: Pre-Prep, Forest School, Sport, and Sport Fixtures. This one-year appointment would suit a graduate interested in gaining practical experience in a leading boarding school environment. The role is varied and will be adjusted to suit the successful candidate, with a key focus on our wider co-curricular provision as well as pastoral and academic support.

There is a vibrant community of staff living on site, many of whom undertake residential boarding house duties with accommodation provided. Full induction and support will be available. Although this is an appointment for one academic year initially, there may be an opportunity for the right candidate to extend their employment as part of our in-post PGCE teacher training programme.
