Job Summary:

Full-time, year-round. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Groundsperson to join our dedicated team at Bryanston School. Working closely with the Head Groundsperson, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality sports surfaces, deputising when required, and collaborating with colleagues across Grounds, Operations and Sport to ensure our facilities are always match-ready.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for the preparation, maintenance and enhancement of a diverse portfolio of high-quality sports facilities, including:
    • Football, rugby and cricket pitches
    • Synthetic hockey and netball surfaces
    • Lawn tennis courts
    • Track and field areas

These facilities are used not only by our pupils but also by external clubs and community groups, offering a varied and busy sporting calendar.
