Bryanston School is seeking a Boathouse Manager/Assistant Rowing Coach to join the rowing programme.
You will maintain school boats, manage the boat bays, service the boathouse and equipment, and support coaching across year groups.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in boathouse and workshop management with strong boat maintenance skills, water safety knowledge, and excellent communication and organisational abilities.
This is a year-round, full-time post based on a 40-hour week.
