We seek to appoint a highly creative and dynamic teacher to lead this key department. The Drama and Film department is a collegiate and active department, with healthy numbers of students studying Drama at GCSE and A Level, and the IB Film course. Alongside these, the department supports a rich co-curricular programme.

The successful candidate will have high standards, infectious energy levels, excellent communication skills, leadership potential and a record of high-quality teaching across the secondary age range. We expect our Heads of Department to champion their subject and to encourage intellectual curiosity and active learning.

This position offers a fine opportunity to a charismatic and ambitious teacher and would be ideal for someone looking for their first or second HoD appointment.

The person appointed will also have the opportunity to contribute to the pastoral, boarding and co-curricular life of the School.
