About Us: Bryans Salads Ltd is a growing, family-run fresh produce business based in Tarleton, Lancashire. Our continued success is driven by a dynamic, committed, and passionate team who work together to support the ongoing growth of the business.

The Role: This is a hands-on Resource and Recruitment Administrator role, supporting workforce administration and recruitment activity. The successful candidate will also provide co-ordinator cover during holiday periods, ensuring continuity within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support within the Resource and Recruitment function
  • Producing, updating, and maintaining employee rosters
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files
  • Supporting recruitment administration, including preparing job adverts, processing applications, shortlisting support, and coordinating interviews
  • Assisting with onboarding, inductions, and training administration
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of staff handbooks and people-related documentation
  • Compiling reports and basic workforce statistics
  • Providing co-ordinator cover during annual leave, supporting workforce planning and communication

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident IT and numeracy skills, with the ability to work with in-house systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable manner
  • High levels of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
  • A proactive and adaptable approach
  • Reliability and the ability to step into a co-ordination role when required
