Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior/Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal located in St Albans. The role involves handling and managing a caseload of residential property transactions, preparing legal documents, conducting title and property due diligence, and reviewing legal contracts. The paralegal will liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure the timely and accurate completion of transactions.

Qualifications

  • Legal expertise, including proficiency in Conveyancing and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
  • Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Research skills to ensure accuracy and completeness of legal documentation
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage a busy caseload
  • Previous experience in a similar conveyancing role
