We are seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to support and strengthen health, safety and environmental practices across two UK sites in Leamington Spa and Wellesbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive H&S professional ready to step into a broader, more influential role within an innovative and collaborative engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Health & Safety activities across two UK sites
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments
- Support accident, incident and near-miss investigations
- Develop and deliver toolbox talks and H&S communications
- Advise managers and employees on H&S best practice and compliance
- Support site safety, contractor management and safe systems of work
- Promote a positive, proactive safety culture across the business
- Work closely with HR, Facilities and Operations teams on compliance and sustainability initiatives
We are looking for someone with strong practical H&S experience, excellent communication skills and a recognised H&S qualification (NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent).
