Quality Manager (Construction / Civils / Rail / Stations) Location: London (Hybrid) Salary:Β£62,000 - Β£72,000+ Excellent Benefits Package Contract Type: Permanent The Opportunity Bryan & Armstrong are supporting the recruitment of a Quality Manager to join a major infrastructure programme, supporting the delivery of complex station and rail systems projects. Working within a high-profile programme environment, you will provide quality leadership and assurance across project delivery teams and the wider supply chain, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in compliance with required standards and procedures. This role offers the opportunity to influence quality performance on some of the UK's most complex station developments and rail infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor contractor and supply chain compliance against quality requirements.
  • Undertake quality audits, surveillances and assurance activities.
  • Review contractor quality documentation and management plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practice sharing.
  • Analyse quality trends, NCRs and defects to identify root causes and improvement actions.
  • Support project teams in improving quality performance and acceptance rates.
  • Provide quality expertise and guidance to project stakeholders.
  • Promote a strong quality culture throughout delivery teams.

About You

  • Degree, HNC or HND in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
  • IRCA Approved ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
  • Experience within rail, stations, major projects or infrastructure environments.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and assurance processes.
  • Experience delivering audits and quality improvement initiatives.
