An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a growing and well-established organisation operating across construction, facilities management and property compliance environments.

This is a varied and operationally focused role supporting the wider business in driving continuous improvement, maintaining compliance and embedding a proactive safety culture across multiple workstreams.

Working closely with the Head of SHEQ, the successful candidate will play a key role in the ongoing development and implementation of the company’s Health & Safety Management System, providing practical support and guidance across operational teams and sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and continual improvement of the Health & Safety Management System
  • Provide practical H&S guidance and support across operational teams
  • Conduct inspections, audits and compliance checks across sites and operations
  • Review and support the development of RAMS and Construction Phase Plans
  • Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying trends and corrective actions
