Type: Permanent The Opportunity Bryan & Armstrong are supporting the recruitment of Senior Health, Safety & Security Managers to join one of the UK's largest and most complex infrastructure programmes.

These roles offer the opportunity to influence health, safety and security performance across major development and delivery activities, supporting the successful delivery of nationally significant infrastructure projects.

Working closely with project teams, contractors and stakeholders, you will play a key role in assuring compliance with health, safety and security standards whilst helping to embed a genuine "Safe at Heart" culture throughout the programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Health & Safety professionals seeking a high-profile role within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Support risk-based health, safety and security assurance activities across major project areas.

Oversee compliance with health, safety and security policies, procedures and management systems.

Support and contribute to the investigation of health, safety and security incidents.

Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Build effective relationships across delivery teams, contractors and senior stakeholders.

Promote Equality, Diversity & Inclusion throughout all activities.

Significant experience delivering health and safety assurance across major infrastructure programmes or complex organisations.

Experience leading multi-disciplinary Health & Safety or Quality teams.

Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, assurance processes and management systems.

Ability to produce high-quality technical reports, investigations and assurance reports.

Professional Health & Safety qualification with Chartered status (CMIOSH) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
