We're recruiting a Senior Occupational Health & Wellbeing leader to shape and deliver the strategic health agenda for one of the UK's most significant and complex infrastructure programmes. This is a highly influential position, responsible for setting the direction for workforce health, wellbeing and occupational risk reduction across a multi-billion-pound programme, working closely with senior leadership, government interfaces, regulators, and major supply chain partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop organisational policies, strategies and standards for occupational health across construction and operational activities.
- Lead health surveillance and monitoring programmes, ensuring effective management of workforce health risks.
- Create and implement health and wellbeing communications and engagement strategies.
- Oversee health assurance programmes to monitor compliance, performance and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation in health risk elimination and reduction through design, technology and best practices.
