Als marktleider in Europa leveren wij aan musea, bibliotheken, ziekenhuizen, kantoren en archieven. Daarnaast groeien we sterk in de retail. Via onze eigen verkoopkantoren en een wereldwijd netwerk van distributeurs zijn wij vertegenwoordigd in Europa, de Verenigde Staten, Afrika, Azië en Australië. Met een team van 240 collega’s (waarvan 130 op ons hoofdkantoor in Panningen) werken we elke dag aan innovatie en groei. Om ons engineeringteam te versterken, zoeken we een fulltime Product Engineer voor ons uit 5 collega’s bestaande Engineeringsteam, die in nauwe samenwerking met product-management, productie en sales nieuwe oplossingen ontwikkelt en bestaande systemen optimaliseert.
- Ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten en verbeteren van bestaande oplossingen. Van concept tot implementatie bij de klant ben jij verantwoordelijk!
- Leiden of deelnemen aan R&D-projecten;
- Analyseren en oplossen van structurele kwaliteitsproblemen;
- Advies en ontwikkeling van speciale klantaanvragen (ontwerp, veiligheid, kwaliteit, kosten);
- Ondersteuning bieden bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe processen en optimaliseren van bestaande productielijnen;
- Proactief onderhouden en verbeteren van de productrange.
Wat breng je mee?
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar;
- Ervaring in productontwikkeling of R&D binnen een technische maakomgeving;
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en projectmatige aanpak;
- Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels; Duits is een plus;
- Je bent klantgericht, proactief, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamspeler.
Wat bieden wij jou?

- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.100,- en € 5.250,- afhankelijk van je ervaring;

- 27 verlofdagen en 13 ATV dagen;
- Een bonus regeling;
- Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur (startend met een jaarcontract).
