Als marktleider in Europa leveren wij aan musea, bibliotheken, ziekenhuizen, kantoren en archieven. Daarnaast groeien we sterk in de retail. Via onze eigen verkoopkantoren en een wereldwijd netwerk van distributeurs zijn wij vertegenwoordigd in Europa, de Verenigde Staten, Afrika, Azië en Australië. Organisaties als het Rijksmuseum, het Louvre, Cambridge University, maar ook de Louis Vuitton, Nespresso en Chanel behoren tot onze klanten.
Met een team van 240 collega’s (waarvan 130 op ons hoofdkantoor in Panningen) werken we elke dag aan innovatie en groei. Om ons IT team te versterken, zoeken we een fulltime specialist die de linking pin is tussen IT en de business. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze organisatie optimaal gebruik maakt van de mogelijkheden binnen onze ERP- en CRM-omgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met het IT-team en de Business Process Specialist.
- Beheer en optimalisatie van onze complete ERP en CRM-omgeving;
- Strategische sparringpartner op het gebied van ERP en CRM;
- Je werkt mee aan implementatie- en optimalisatieprojecten;
- Je bent de expert voor IT-support en kennisdeling;
- Je treedt op als gesprekspartner bij externe IT-leveranciers en partners.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een HBO werk- en denkniveau, 3-5 jaar ervaring met ERP en/of CRM-systemen;
- Ervaring met implementatie en beheer van applicaties;
- Kennis van databases (MS SQL Server is een pré);
- Ervaring in productie- of klantordergestuurde omgevingen is een pré;
- Analytisch, oplossingsgericht en communicatief vaardig.
Wat bieden wij jou?
- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.300,- en € 5.800,- afhankelijk van jouw ervaring;
- Een intensieve inwerkperiode met on-the-job training en evt. opleidingen om je uiteindelijk te begeleiden naar het hoogste niveau;
- 27 verlofdagen en 13 ATV dagen;
- Een bonusregeling;
- Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur (startend met een jaarcontract).
