OverviewAn opportunity is now open for an established Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, Associate or Senior Associate (MRICS and RICS Registered) Valuation Surveyor to join our thriving, growing and collaborative National Valuation Team in West Midlands. This position has opened due to the number of client instructions we have received in the last few months. Level: Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, Associate or Senior Associate. Location: West Midlands metropolitan county and wider West Midlands region including the border counties of Staffordshire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire. Our office covering the West Midlands is based in Birmingham City Centre. Work Pattern: Remote or Hybrid options available, permanent, full-time but we are happy to consider flexible working approaches for this role. This is a field-based role. Team: National Valuation Team, Red-Book Valuations. You will be joining a National Team that covers England, Wales and Scotland. Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus + Employee Benefits Package.About the role You will have a key role in delivering Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security purposes on commercial, residential, (owner occupied and investment) as well as commercial and residential development schemes. We undertake valuations on a diverse portfolio of commercial as well as residential property giving you the variety and scope to keep your work engaging and high-impact. You will have the opportunity to contribute to larger portfolio valuations and benefit from the shared knowledge of specialists across the UK.This opportunity would suit someone who is a MRICS Chartered Surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer to carry out Red Book valuations including those for secured loan purposes acting for High Street banks as well as National Lenders.
