An opportunity is now open for an Associate or Senior Associate Valuation Surveyor to join our thriving, growing and collaborative National Valuation Team in Scotland.
Scotland based, you will have access to our Glasgow hub and team. Our office is near Glasgow airport and you will have access to free on-site parking.
Work Type: Hybrid working, Permanent, Full-Time but we are happy to consider flexible working approaches for this role. This is a field-based role.
Our Glasgow hub currently has 5 surveyors and is looking to grow.
Salary: Competitive Salary + Car Allowance + Bonus + Employee Benefits Package.
You will have a key role in delivering Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, commercial, residential, bank & investment and development land. We have a diverse portfolio of commercial property and development land, giving you the variety and scope to keep your work engaging and high-impact.
Qualifications:
- MRICS/FRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status essential.
- ~2 years PQE valuation experience or those approaching Registered Valuer status will be considered.
- ~ Experience in commercial valuation within consultancy, bank/investment market, with some experience of valuing mixed-use properties.
- Full Driving licence and access to a car.
