About the role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality building consultancy services and managing key client relationships across the Midlands. Youll work across a variety of projects, with core responsibilities likely to include:
Key Project Types:
Technical due diligence for commercial and residential properties Preparing specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for refurbishments and maintenance Conducting building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidation assessments, and defect analysis Leading QA processes and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice Presenting findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
