About the role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality building consultancy services and managing key client relationships across the Midlands.
Youll work across a variety of projects, with core responsibilities likely to include:

- Technical due diligence for commercial and residential properties
- Preparing specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for refurbishments and maintenance
- Conducting building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidation assessments, and defect analysis
