The Role
As a Bartender at Brutes, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of drink quality, service, organisation, and professionalism. This is a hands-on role that combines cocktail preparation, guest interaction, floor support, bar organisation, and operational excellence. All team members are cross-trained and work together to create a seamless experience for our guests.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing cocktails, martinis, and drinks consistently to company standards
- Delivering warm, knowledgeable, and attentive hospitality
