What's the role?
Provideexpert HRadvice and supportto managers, employeesand wider stakeholders on a range of HR matters, including performance, absencemanagement, employeerelationsand policy development.

This is akey role insupporting HRBPscombining theimplementation of HR strategythat alignswith Theorganisation'sobjectivesanddeliveringfirst classoperational support.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all HR-related queries, providingtimelyand professional responses.
- Advisemanagers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with employment lawand company policy.
Forexample, performance/talentmanagement, absenceand employee relations.
- Support HRBPs with investigations and disciplinary process.
- Assistin the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and legally compliant.
- Managethe onboarding(including induction for new managers)and probationprocess for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed, right to workcomplianceand inductions are conducted effectively.
- Maintain and update the induction material to reflect changes in the business.
- Adviseon any probation concerns raised andsupporting managers withextensionprocess.
- Assistin theadministration, trainingandcompletionof the performance management(PDR)process.
- Work with HRBP toidentify training and development needsthrough talent review processand support the coordinationand completionof relevanttraining.
- Support managers withperformance managementissues, through informal and formal stages.
- Maintainaccurateand up-to-date HR records, including contracts and files.
- Responsiblefor HR systemaccuracy(sage)and monthly reporting. Coach HR Administrators.
- Coordinate and manage Occupational Health provision, across the organisation. Ensuring we are tailoring requests to specific absence circumstances.

- CIPD Level 5 or higher

Experience
- Proven experience in an HR advisory or generalist role
- Experience in managing employee relations issues and performance management processes
- Experience of HR software and systems (e. g., Sage HR) and track record of maintaining accurate data
