Baldwin & Francis are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to support the Service team. The role provides efficient administrative support, maintaining smooth operations, managing correspondence, organising meetings, and supporting other departments as needed. This position ensures the business’s administrative functions run seamlessly, enabling other teams to focus on their core tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls and emails
- Organising meetings and preparing agendas
- Maintaining and updating filing systems (digital and paper-based)
- Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
- Processing timesheets on a weekly basis
- Supporting HR activities such as onboarding and maintaining employee records
- Handling general office administration tasks as required
