Accountable for the development and execution of the BRUSH Transformer product & services portfolio planning throughout the product lifecycle, whilst ensuring strategic alignment to business goals, objectives and customer satisfaction.

  • Development of strategic vision, product & technology roadmap for transformer product & services portfolio.
  • Development and implementation of lifecycle strategy for the transformer products & services portfolio.
  • Customer engagement, development of relationships (existing and new customers), collection of VOC and translation of the impact and opportunities to transformer product and services portfolio.
  • Development and updating of market and competitive positioning including competitive landscape within relevant segments, leveraging insights to inform on product opportunities, portfolio gaps and product positioning.
  • Development and updating of technical and commercial value proposition, including reviewing on cost of ownership, service quality and customer value perception.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical discipline). A solid understanding of medium & high voltage Transformer technologies within the Power, Mining Oil & Gas or distributed energy segments. Experience in the development of a technical and commercial value proposition for products and services within power generation and distributed energy segment.
