What's the role?
The role is part of the BRUSH Group IT Operations function with purpose of the role to lead BRUSH’s IT Infrastructure Team, owning day to day management and coordinating enhancements to the Brush IT Infrastructure services across all business locations.
The position leads a team of internal engineers, across multiple sites, alongside externally managed service providers (MSPs) whose day to day responsibilities include ensuring the BRUSH IT infrastructure meets all business demands regarding capacity and availability, ensuring maintenance plans are adhered and subject to continuous development, lifecycle managed and meet key KPI’s to deliver both a fit for purpose environment and high uptime.
Additionally the team provide a 3rd level escalation to the service delivery team and will contribute to the major incident management response and change management processes....
