You will be part of a graduate programme that is built to expose you to different elements of the business prior to you selecting your career path after 1 year. Main Responsibilities 1 year working with the design team (based from our Cardiff office) assisting with Primary and Secondary design, layouts, CAD application, Design Management and Protection & Control design. Following this 1-year course you will then choose your speciality. This could be joining the design team in either the Primary or Protection & Control team or looking at other roles in the wider business. Person Specification 2:1 in a degree relevant to Electrical Engineering, or have an HNC in Electrical Engineerin Ambitious, and a motivated individual A good team worker.
