Supporting the Infra Solutions business to achieve ambitious growth targets following recent acquisitions and organisational changes. Reporting to the BRUSH CFHRO, the role will act as a key finance leader in the business, providing oversight and guidance for the overall performance of the Infra Solutions business. Leading the annual budgeting, forecasting cycles, capital appraisal and management, as well as financial modelling of longer-term strategic plans and scenarios as the business pursues its growth strategy. Drive profitability of the business through accurate and detailed reporting. Together with the technical skillsets, we are looking for candidate who has a strong business acumen, excellent organisational skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels throughout the organisation. Main Responsibilities To understand the business Reporting of the overall financial performance including KPIs, variance analysis, insight and commentary; Lead monthly financial closing and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
