What's the role?

Working across the business, with colleagues at all levels, the successful candidate will provide advice and guidance to business teams, including our portfolio of Group businesses, and identify optimum solutions to achieve their project goals.

Managing multiple projects at any one time, the role requires the delivery of a wide range of collateral including sales materials, technical documents and digital content.

A hands- on, full mix marketing role with responsibility for successfully delivering a wide range of marketing projects.

The Marketing Executive will monitor results and feedback on project delivery to inform and influence future activity and plans, contributing to the wider marketing strategy where appropriate.

Duties will also include supporting other department activity as and when required, including PR, internal communications, and event management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and develop projects and strategic plans.
  • Monitor and report on project activity.
  • Provide advice and guidance on marketing solutions.
  • Support Group business with marketing activity delivery, including planning, setting standards and sourcing suppliers.
  • Uphold company branding and maintain high standards across all collateral.
  • Hands- on delivery of projects.
  • Produce a wide range of collateral in line with company branding.
  • Liaise with agency partners and other external creative resources.
  • Copywriting and proofreading.
  • Update and monitor the company website and social media channels as required.
  • Support the wider business with event management including stand production, promotional merchandise and literature requirements.
  • Support digital activity, including email campaigns and Ad Words.
  • Maintain the corporate brand, messaging and tone of voice, across all communications.

  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Great communication and the ability to work as part of a wider team.
  • Keen eye for detail and creative flair
  • Pro- active with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • IT literate and proficient in the use of MS Office Packages.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven track record in producing a range of collateral.
  • Experience of digital marketing techniques including email campaigns, SEO and Ad Words.
  • Working knowledge of Word Press, Google Analytics and Mail Chimp.
  • Demonstrable experience of producing high calibre written content.
  • Experience across social media platforms including Linked In and You Tube
