You will work in our wonderful Cornblock building, located in the centre of Birmingham, Monday to Friday, 25 hours a week - 8am - 1pm.
Job purpose:
The Host role is a pivotal position as the face of Bruntwood. You will be the first point of contact and ultimately you will be working with our clients/tenants on a regular basis. It is important you are approachable and love speaking to people and building relationships. We welcome applicants from hospitality, retail or cabin crew backgrounds.
What will you be doing?
- Delivering a positive Customer Experience within the building
- Building lasting, long term, professional relationships with customers
- Being the first point of contact for all customers and visitors in the building
- Supporting and facilitating events and meetings within the building
- Facilitating new customer viewings to support the sales process
- Hosting the meeting rooms, co-working, lounge and other communal amenities, maintaining high standards of presentation and food and beverage service where applicable
- Able to manage own workload to flex between essential desk based tasks and building customer relationships
- Collating all customer intelligence and updating systems accordingly to support sales and retention
- Working as part of a wider team, engaging with your customers, colleagues, management team and other departments within Bruntwood
- Being a role model to promote wellbeing in the workplace
- Focusing on continuous improvement to add value, save time and make things simple for the customer
- Applying your energy, drive and knowledge to inspire your colleagues to do their best

- Admin experience is a must, as you will be managing our enquiries mailbox daily
