The Role: We are seeking a proactive and organised Health, Safety, Environment and Training Administrator/Coordinator to take ownership of health and safety, environmental compliance, and employee training across the business. This role is responsible for creating a safe, compliant and well-trained workplace by maintaining systems, coordinating improvements, supporting managers, and ensuring employees have the knowledge and competence required to carry out their roles effectively.
You will work closely with all departments to promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with legal and company requirements, support environmental objectives, and manage the training system across the site.
