The role available is for an experienced Sales Negotiator (minimum one year experience in Estate Agency).

Requirements

• A proven track record of success in estate agency, minimum 1 year’s experience, and a strong desire to excel in the field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary package, reflective of your skills and experience, along with attractive commission structures. Our company culture fosters growth, innovation, and professional development, providing ample opportunities for career progression.

Pay: Basic salary from £24,000 depending on experience, £28,000-£35,000 OTE per annum, uncapped commission. Additional pay: Commission pay.

Work Hours and Location

Working hours are Monday – Friday 09:30-17:30, and every other Saturday 10:00-14:00, with 4 hours taken in lieu the following week.
