- Successfulsenior leadership experience within a secondary school setting.
- A proven trackrecord of raising standards and improving student outcomes.
- Experience ofleading curriculum development, teaching and learning, assessment and schoolimprovement.
- Experience ofdeveloping and leading colleagues through professional development.
- A strongcommitment to inclusion and improving outcomes for disadvantaged students andstudents with SEND.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability toanalyse and make effective use of data to drive improvement.
Experience of successfully leading curriculumdevelopment, teaching and learning, assessment and whole-school improvement.
