Bruntcliffe Academy is seeking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Site Manager.

The successful candidate will have experience with managing a large site and be excited by the prospect of managing a team and using their skills to uphold the highest standards regarding site safety and improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage premises, facilities or maintenance services within a large or complex environment.
  • Uphold and promote site safety, compliance with health and safety regulations, and risk assessments.
  • Lead and motivate teams, contractors and external providers to deliver planned improvements and high standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, prioritise workload, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience of managing premises, facilities or maintenance services within a large or complex environment.
