About the Role

Our shop brings together the wonderful products we make, bake and grow. We take pride in giving every customer a warm welcome, knowledgeable service and great-quality products. You’ll also play an active part in the day-to-day running of the shop: serving customers, replenishing stock, watering plants when needed and keeping the space tidy and welcoming for everyone.

About You

You’ll be someone who builds positive relationships and empowers others. You’ll bring experience of supporting people with different skills and abilities, alongside a strong awareness of safety and wellbeing. You’ll also have great customer service skills, a friendly and positive approach, and enjoy working as part of a team. Additional hours will be available during the week and at weekends to cover holidays, sickness and busy periods. Availability to work extra weekend hours, particularly from April to June and in the lead-up to Christmas, is highly desirable.

What We Offer

  • A friendly and supportive team
  • 7 weeks’ holiday pay, pro rata
  • A contributory pension scheme
  • An employee assistance programme
