We’re on the hunt for a Content Creator to join our small team. As a Content Creator you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging content and creative storytelling that reflects the Brunswick Moviebowl brand, building audience connections and supporting business goals. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, adores hospitality, and knows exactly how to create content that makes people stop scrolling and start booking.
You’ll manage our online presence, capture engaging photo and video content, and help bring our events and experiences to life. You’ll own the social calendar, making sure content not only looks great but hits our commercial goals too establishing platform specific KIPs, focusing on what truly delivers results whilst ensuring that content is purposeful rather than just plentiful.
- Create short-form and long-form video content tailored to all social media platforms (eg. Meta, Instagram, Tik Tok and website)
- Repurpose content into graphics, stories, carousels, and short video cuts for daily posting
- Actively manage and grow Brunswick Moviebowl’s online communities, sparking conversations, engaging with fans, and moderating discussions to maintain a positive environment
- Track performance analytics and optimise content formats for reach, engagement and ROI
- Collaborate with management, department managers, sales & reservations to align content and campaigns with business goals/outcomes
- Define not just what gets posted, but why, how, when, and to whom
- Build a unified structure for channel priorities, including purpose, role, and audience mapping
- Drive platform growth through entertainment-first, data-led content, mastering formats and reward loops
- Deliver actionable insights on platform algorithms to shape creative and editorial decisions
- Design and produce hardcopy marketing materials including posters, menus, signage etc.
- Measure success by business impact; acquisition, retention, conversion, sales, brand affinity and cultural relevance
- Build efficient workflows for scheduling, posting, and reporting that support both speed and quality
- Run content calendars end-to-end: scheduling, posting, testing, optimising and reporting
Must-Haves
- Deep platform expertise with an instinct for what works natively across different channels
- Understanding visual aesthetics, layout, and branding. Specifically social media reel transitions that enhance engagement and views.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and optimise content strategies
- Creative flair and cultural awareness, understanding how to translate ideas/narratives into formats that evoke emotion and capture attention
- Excellent community management skills: sparking conversation, responding authentically, and moderating with judgement
- Strong project management skills – able to balance multiple platforms, timelines and content streams simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and goal driven with a bias for action
- Collaborative working style, thriving at the intersection of creative, content, and growth
- Understanding algorithms, trends, and best practices to create the best possible content for each platform
- Strong design and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite) with a solid understanding of branding, tone, and visual storytelling

- Previous proven experience running business social media accounts in a similar industry
- Proficiency using & managing various types of equipment such as DSLR cameras, Go-Pros, Time Lapse Cameras.
- Proficient knowledge & experience of using photo editing software such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, Avid, CapCut, Canva
