Opportunity

The Finance team at Brunswick provides monthly financial reporting, analysis and insight to support a global, fast-paced professional services business. Based in London, the team coordinates and consolidates the Group’s global accounting activities, while providing ongoing operational and technical support to our international offices. The team also delivers a broad range of financial analysis and client reporting, providing valuable insight to key internal stakeholders in London and across the globe. The demands on the Finance team continue to grow in both volume and complexity. This requires a team that is committed, adaptable and hands‑on, while consistently maintaining the highest standards of professional delivery. The Group FP&A Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring that Group Reporting and Business Intelligence are delivered accurately, consistently and on time.

Responsibilities will span:

  • Weekly revenue reporting
  • Monthly Regional, Sector and Practice Group reporting
  • Production of insightful analysis to support Finance colleagues and Client Handler teams

The role will help turn financial data into clear, actionable insights that support effective decision-making across the business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance of Power BI dashboards and production of regular reporting
  • Responsibility for maintaining Power BI dashboards, working with the infrastructure team to ensure consistency
  • Responsibility for maintaining the Group email inbox, fielding queries from the business and allocating queries to the team where appropriate
  • Produce monthly reports from Power BI ensuring accuracy of data, working with the regional finance teams to add insightful commentary
  • Prepare the weekly Revenue Generation report and analysis of movements, distributed to CFO and coordinate consistent regional reporting
  • Support production of monthly reporting to leadership

Analysis and Insight

  • Prepare and review headcount reporting
  • Review mandate economics (timesheet recording, utilisation, recovery) and provide insightful analysis to finance teams across the Group
  • Compile and review overhead and cost centre reporting, identifying areas of opportunity
  • Assist Group FP&A Manager with ad-hoc analysis where required
  • Assistance in business modelling and scenario planning

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in FP&A, Management Accounting, or similar analytical finance role
  • Proficient in Financial reporting and Data systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI)
  • Good IT literacy skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisation skills with close attention to detail
  • Highly professional, with a strong client-service attitude
  • Pro‑active with a can-do attitude and willing to offer support readily
  • Ability to plan and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to deal with conflicting priorities well
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An appreciation of confidentiality
