You’ll be part of our full-service, in-house team of strategy, UX, design, development, quality assurance and project lead experts.

About the Role:

  • Webflow development: Build responsive, modular websites using Webflow to a high design and technical standard.
  • Accessibility: Ensure all sites meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards, including clear keyboard navigation, ARIA best practice, and accessible content structure.
  • Performance: Optimise websites for speed, reliability, SEO/GEO within Webflow and, where needed, Umbraco environments.
  • Animation: Implement smooth, performant animations using GSAP and Webflow’s native tools.
  • Collaboration and communication: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, discuss options and deliver the best possible solution.
  • Project leadership: Lead project builds from the engineering perspective, advising on technical feasibility, scope, and delivery timelines.
  • Reusable components: Create and maintain modular design systems and CMS structures within Webflow to ensure scalability, consistency across projects and efficient delivery.
  • Integration: Collaborate with other developers and Technical Director where integrations are needed with other systems, e.g. Umbraco, React-based components, OneTrust, Google Tag Manager etc.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including component structures and best practices. Good written communication is essential.
  • Continuous improvement: Stay current with Webflow features, accessibility standards, and emerging frontend practices, sharing knowledge with the wider team.
  • Compliance: Ensure all web products comply with industry standards including a strong focus on accessibility.
