As Brunswick continues to grow globally, reward plays an increasingly important role in supporting business performance and talent. This role introduces dedicated global expertise to advance how Brunswick manages compensation, benefits and mobility consistently across the firm. Based in London, and reporting to the Group Head of People Operations, this is a stand-alone position with broad exposure to the Group People function, Finance, Operational Leads and a wide range of regional and local People and business stakeholders.

The role is central to advancing how reward supports growth, performance and innovation across the firm. With a global remit that focuses on non-Partner colleague reward, it brings together insights and execution to ensure our approach remains competitive and aligned with our firm ambitions. The role will:
- Shape clear global reward principles aligned to firm strategy
- Strengthen connection between performance and reward across regions
- Enhance transparency and confidence in reward decision-making
- Support attracting and retaining high-performing and high-potential colleagues
- Ensure a competitive and well-positioned hiring approach, especially for senior talent
- Streamline global process on reward management (salary, bonus and other elements)
- Maintain a robust approach to regulatory and reputational risk management
- Develop and deliver a clear global mobility framework which supports employee experience, talent development and business growth
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience from working in matrixed People teams, in a role focused on reward, benefits and mobility, ideally in client facing, partnerships or professional services business models as an individual contributor
- Familiarity with employment legislation and People policy frameworks
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics to a range of audiences and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Collaborative and relationship-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously and pro-actively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Curious and continuously learning, with a solution focused mindset
