We are looking for an exceptional Group Value & Pricing Specialist to join our global Value & Pricing team and play a key role in elevating the firm's commercial excellence. Working closely with the Group Value & Pricing Director, you will help strengthen the pricing infrastructure, insights, tools and governance that support high-quality commercial decision‐making across the Group.
This role is well‐suited to individuals with 2–5 years' experience in a professional services environment who combine analytical capability with strong stakeholder skills and a genuine interest in how firms create and communicate value.
What you will do
- Contribute to the enhancement of global pricing tools, models and data structures, ensuring they are robust, reliable and easy to use.
- Support the analysis of pricing performance and commercial outcomes, producing clear, insight‐driven reporting for senior leadership.
- Assist in developing benchmarking frameworks and pricing guidelines that help teams make confident, value‐aligned decisions.
- Play an active role in refining pricing processes, documentation and governance across the Group.
- Work alongside the Group Pricing Operations Director and the AI Team to shape emerging AI‐enabled analytical capabilities.
- Support the accuracy, structure and insightfulness of the group sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Finance, New Business, regional pricing teams and delivery leads to strengthen data flows and commercial understanding.
- Help develop commercial capability across the firm by contributing to training materials, tools and guidance.
What you will bring
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, legal services, advisory or another professional services environment.
- Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver clear, well‐reasoned advice and guidance on commercial matters and terms.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent Excel capability and a clear, structured approach to handling data.
- Experience supporting pricing, bids, project economics or commercial processes.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and client‐facing teams.
- The ability to communicate complex information simply, accurately and with impact.
- A proactive mindset, a high level of attention to detail and a genuine interest in pricing and commercial excellence.
- Curiosity about how new technologies — including AI — can enhance insight and decision‐making.
