You’ll also have an award-winning Digital Creative Director to show you the ropes and take your skills to the next level. All things going well, you’ll get to the point of running your own small UX or UI projects within a year. If you’re an ambitious self-starter, this job is definitely for you.

Who we are looking for?
We’re looking for a thoughtful, creative and ambitious UX/UI designer with anything between one- and three-years agency experience. If most of these criteria fit you, we’d love a chat:
- A genuine passion for experience design and the impact it has on users.
- We need a collaborator! Someone who enjoys working with people and building their network, whether inside the firm or in the wider UX/UI community.
- A creatively strong folio of work, showing how you supported research, idea development, execution and iteration.
- To be UX focused, with a good level of experience with Figma to help create and use design systems.
- Someone who is really keen to learn and to soak up all the knowledge and experience across our firm.
- A curious, inquisitive mind will go a very long way.
- You’ll be supporting other designers and the wider team; you’ll be able to take direction but also bring your own ideas to the table.
- Someone who can explain their ideas and thinking to a wider audience.
- Excellent attention to detail, whether it’s developing a wireframe, thinking through an information architecture problem, or designing an interface design toolkit.
- We work using Agile methodology, so someone who has experience of working this way is a plus.
- We use industry standard tools, like for example Figma and Jira, so you’ll need to have experience of using these too.
- If you’ve got animation skills and can use any 3D or motion packages, even better.
- A lot of Brunswick’s projects deal with highly confidential matters, maintaining confidentiality within a given project is a must.
- We work in a matrixed organization and need to balance competing demands: we need someone who thrives in this dynamic environment.
