As an Associate, in our global integrated team you'll bridge strategy, creativity, and execution. You'll work across disciplines – from research and insight to creative and media – to advise on the development of digital programmes that deliver real impact. You'll be a key European player for the team. Together, we help clients navigate complexity – combining insight, creativity, digital and AI technology to inform markets, shape reputations, influence behaviours or attitudes, and drive outcomes. The role is based in London, but we would be open to candidates based in Germany and Paris.

About the Role

  • Deliver premium advice and lead clients through critical moments with digital and communications strategies that connect corporate objectives to audiences through modern, data-informed storytelling.
  • Read, interpret, and write campaign concepts, ensuring strategy and execution in content, creation and operations are aligned across all workstreams.
  • Shape and execute campaigns, collaborating closely with colleagues in Creative, Insight, Strategy and our specialist teams across sectors and practices.
  • Commission research and apply data to inform strategic thinking, audience understanding, and measurement.
  • Build and oversee programmes that support client goals — from crisis and reputation management to thought leadership, corporate or financial positioning and public affairs.
  • Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
  • Drive teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective collaboration.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years in client-facing advisory roles in corporate communications / advertising / PR agencies / consultancies or relevant corporate functions.
  • Broader consulting experience in public affairs or financial communications would be advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, hands‐on mentality and inherent interest to work in multi‐skilled international teams.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and ideally one of either French or German (optional).
