About the Role

This is a highly collaborative, business-embedded role, working closely with the Growth & Performance team and senior stakeholders across the firm. You will work across a broad portfolio of commercial and strategic priorities, with a focus on generating insight that drives action.

Activities and research topics will include:

  • Commercial & Client Insight
    • Analysis of client, financial, and operational data to identify growth opportunities and performance drivers
    • Support the development of demand-led insight
    • Contribute to commercial strategy, business planning, and client development initiatives
  • Performance & Operational Insight
    • Track and interpret performance across sectors, practices, geographies and teams
    • Link data across client, financial, and people dimensions to understand productivity, workforce performance, capability and profitability
    • Provide clear, actionable insight to senior leadership on performance against key metrics
  • Strategic Initiatives
    • Support high-impact projects (e.g. pricing, AI, service innovation, market expansion)
    • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to inform strategic decisions
    • Help shape and deliver initiatives that improve commercial performance and effectiveness
  • Insight & Storytelling
    • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that inform and influence senior decision-making
    • Move beyond reporting to provide insight, perspective, and recommendations
    • Help shift conversations from anecdote and opinion to evidence

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly capable, curious and commercially minded individual who is comfortable working at the intersection of data, strategy, and business performance. We encourage applications from those who have or are:

  • 3+ years’ experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a commercial/analytical role
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure problems and derive actionable insight from complex data.
  • Commercial awareness, with an interest in revenue drivers, client dynamics, and business performance
  • Experience contributing to strategic or operational improvement initiatives
  • Strong communicator, able to translate analysis into clear, compelling messages
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping loosely defined problems
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
