Job Title: BMS Project Sales Manager

Package: Negotiable salary depending on experience plus company car and excellent benefits.

Location: Flexible: Southeast | London | Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally, with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle for personally generated opportunities, from initial prospecting through to project handover.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of projects during the sales phase.
  • Maintain active engagement with clients, including attending site visits, technical meetings, and key stakeholder discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Managers and Operations Teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience managing the sales cycle to secure projects within the building management sector.
  • Understanding of project delivery and technical requirements.
  • Customer-facing, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with clients at all levels.
  • Experience within the BMS sector and familiarity with Trend, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Tridium BMS systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
