We are looking for someone to take the lead with booking, organising and hosting events at The Wharf, Castlefield that set us above the rest.

About you... As our Reservation and Events Manager you will be responsible for managing bookings and events from start to finish. You will work closely with the Manager to stay ahead of the game, keeping everyone in the loop and making sure every event is set up for success, right down to the last detail. You will also get stuck in with the team, welcoming and looking after customers, helping to train and lead our lovely bar/waiting team whilst managing services.

You will need to be super organised, confident with outlook/web based booking systems and a great communicator to ensure everything runs smoothly. Hosting is a big part of the role too, welcoming guests, running the show and making sure every event feels special, whether it’s a private booking or a big celebration. A genuine love for food, drink, and hospitality goes a long way here. Previous experience in a similar position such as Bookings & Events Manager or Sales & Events Manager is essential.
