The Barn Owl at Blacknest, part of Brunning & Price, is seeking a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team and help create outstanding dining experiences. You will work closely with the Head Chef to run daily kitchen operations, ensure high standards of quality and presentation, and contribute to exciting new dishes.
We offer a competitive package with a basic salary up to £34,000 plus tronc, paid overtime, and an annual bonus of up to £1,500.
