If you are an experienced, enthusiastic and adaptive chef, who enjoys working in a variety of kitchens we think you'll find we're the perfect fit for you. Our pubs are going from strength to strength and we'd love you to join us on our exciting journey.

Due to a number of internal promotions and growth of the business, we are looking for a Roving Chef, ideally based in the Bolton, Manchester area to support our existing pubs and new pub openings. The patch covers Manchester, Blackburn, Clitheroe, Preston, Kirkby Lonsdale to name a few. From time to time these positions involve working away from home but we'll always be flexible where we can.

There's plenty in it for you: Your Bread and Butter Basic up to £35,000, plus tronc (that's your card tips that are paid into your).
